Overview

Our client acquired this site as a three-lot subdivision with an existing residential house, previously occupied by an older individual. The sale was due to a deceased estate (sadly), which allowed us to transform the property into a dynamic residential project that maximises land use to deliver a premium tenant experience.

The development resulted in three modern dwellings, each comprising five micro-apartments, totalling 15 individual living spaces. Each micro-apartment is designed with six distinct zones: an outdoor area (balcony or courtyard), living area, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. The apartments range from 28 to 34 m², offering compact yet functional living spaces that cater to young professionals and tenants aged 55+.
